Yeah it has a more rich additive package designed for engines working hard towing/hauling molybdenum and boron are higher in addition to detergents

Read a previous deal on the 5qt where someone bought also some 1qt and looked at the label manufactured date on them and it was 5 years old. Just an fyi for anyone buying them to check

I tried snagging some of the 5qt a couple weeks ago but they were all gone. I was able to get 6qts of the single this time. You'll be good for the next 5 changes or so with your 30

FWIW if you're a Costco member, their 5Q jugs go on sale for about this same price point pretty routinely. The only difference is the Costco oil is not "truck & suv".

Note to look at the date codes and see how old these are. Mobil states their oils have a shelf life of 5 years. I grabbed a bunch and had a mixed bag, some 2,3,4, and over 5 yrs old.
