Imagine someone clicks your link that you made easily accessible and buys and then finds out maybe near the tax deadline that the software does not work. You became part of the companies dirty work.
Yes I know people should read your post and others but we know human nature being what it is that your link may bring clicks and sales. Shady companies pay to gets links up for that and you are doing it for free for them.
The informational stuff is fine but posting a clickable link raises the chance of someone getting ripped off astronomically. Please take it down as you are not much off sharing a link to malware or similar. Sure it is unintentional and meant for information but it is not good.

As to the underpayment penalty for business and personal taxes, I ran a small home improvement business for many many years and did not pay quarterly taxes more than few times. Believe I only paid maybe twice and usually not all four quarters for the year. I always ignored calculating the underpayment penalty for moral reasons and I think I only got a notice maybe twice that I had to pay an underpayment penalty.
Now with that business gone I still do sometimes get Block saying I should calculate a underpayment penalty for my return but I ignore that as well and have never had any problems. Someone else said the same thing, in this or another thread, about the second thing I brought up and even provided a link to some financial site saying that the IRS does not pursue or assign the penalty in most cases which means that if you do not willingly file the form or pay the calculated penalty give you may not have to pay it.
Take all that as YMMV but it did work that way for me with both business and personal taxes. I do still run a small Ebay business that is reported as self employment income and have never had any notice that I face penalty for not filing quarterly taxes on the business. I have got notice on the personal side but ignore it and have never got a bill or penalty.
Again YMMV and I am not a tax professional and only describe how I did things.
I never have used TT due to the price but don't find Block's interface really problematic. I do find it irritating at times as the interview way for entering informations following the guidance takes much longer than jumping to form line and making a correction but I assume TT is the same way.
My knowledge is that if you had investments, you likely have 1099 forms... so if I have bought / sold investments and have an HSA, can I get away with Deluxe? If not, I might as well just stick with TT I suppose. Not been super pleased with TT, but many years ago I tried H&R Block, and due to an error in the state forms had to re-complete in TT which resulted in several hundred dollars in additional refund.

All editions have the same forms and it is only the amount of guidance that you get that varies. I am speaking about installed versions not online ones. With online editions you get less available forms. online deluxe will not do 1099 income and you will have to pay to upgrade. Stay away form online versions in general as you pay more for less.
Here is the list of supported form s in Deluxe downloadable or boxed retail.
