2) as a general question in this instance it says "manufacture" refurbished. My expectation is that they bought these as refurbs from the manufacture and Citizen is not providing them with a warranty on them but this (presumably Grey Market dealer) is offering their own. I'd think they would be in excellent condition with a hideous design.
