It seems though that EPA is better for the cardiovascular system than DHA.
I would say that for the most part, readily-available and cheaper O3 supplements seem to be heavier on the DHA. Nature's Bounty [amazon.com]doesn't even list the composition. Nature Made [amazon.com] just lists a total amount of EPA &DHA combined, Nordic Naturals [nordic.com] lists theirs as 1.5:1 EPA
Ultimately I guess it depends on your goals, as more EPA or DHA will vary on what you want to do.
