It's used in a rv to run 12v dc items when plugged into 110v ac. It also doubles as a battery charger for the deep cycle battery(ies) that run those 12v items when not plugged into 110v ac.

i'm assuming you can set it to 14.4 Volts and it is suitable for LifePO4 batteries?

Lol, good call. It also says 12v -16.5v so I'd assume his assumption is probably correct.
