Pros: Continental outsole is top tier, lightstrike pro midsole has good energy return and is durable
Cons: Upper and laces not the best. Upper is a synthetic harsher mesh and laces are thin. For some people like me (swapped laces) these aren't an issue, for others you can get some rubbing from the upper.
Ride: These are geared slightly more towards running at a little bit of a quicker pace and doing tempo/speedier runs. They have a firmer/stiffer ride due to the rods but with good energy and are fairly light. If you like a firmer feel, you could use these as an everyday trainer if running is a hobby. If you're looking for just 1 shoe to do some casual jogging/walking I'd look for something with a little more cushion.

Edit for some context for those considering:
These are my go-to distance training shoes, as the firmness/return is great. I have taken them up to 18+ miles on a run and definitely felt less tired than in other shoes I've tried at similar distances. I like to be able to rotate to something softer (Saucony Triumphs are my go-to's) for easy/recovery runs, and sometimes a bit lighter-weight for tempo drills, but if I had to pick one pair of shoes to run in indefinitely, these would be them. They're still quite cushioned, just firm. Weirdly, I like the upper on these more than on a lot of other shoes, but I have kinda odd (tall?) feet so that probably factors in.

Agree 💯 on this. Had this for around a couple of months. These are firm shoes. If you need more cushioning, you should find a different shoe. This shoe is good for speed runs at least at a pace. For jogs, they seem tough to run.
Also the outer mesh is not great as pointed.
