Weight plates through Walmart/FedEx has been consistently a horrible experience. Unless the deal is SMOKING at 50 cents a pound, I'll usually pay a little more on Amazon just to have a sane experience. FedEx loses entire shipments, or worse, a single plate in a set is missing, and Walmart is useless, at best offers a return which for a large set of plates can be massively inconvenient. For some reason they don't offer the token $10-$25 coupons like they do on other items when shipping goes bad.
I have these BalanceFrom plates (in all black) and they're decent, but often the same deal or something close shows up on Amazon. Have never had a problem with plates ordered on Amazon.

I agree. Although my issue isn't with Walmart as much as it is with fedex. They have consistently delivered to the wrong address on multiple occasions. Not even the right street name. I wonder how the hell they have anyone ship with them. And like you said, trying to deal with Walmarts customer service is just another pain in the ass. As far as the plates go, they're great! Just keep in mind if you plan to store them on a standard Olympic weight stand they run bigger in size than standard oly weight plates so they won't stack like regular plates.

Don't get all the grief on the smell. Yes, they have a unique smell... Do you keep your weights in the same room you sleep?

Hit or miss on Walmart/Courier scuffing the shit out of the plates.
The 10lb plates are a joke... flimsy, inconsistent hub diameter.
Otherwise, it is a great deal at less than $1 a pound.

Looks like another Walmart mistake in the listing.

Listing says: Includes: 2 x 10 lb, 2 x 25 lb, 2 x 35 lb, 2 x 45 lb

But buddle details is 2 x 10, 2 x 25, and 2 x 45. There are no 35's in this set.

They dont smell that bad. Leave them in the sun for an hour and it goes away. I have multiple plates from here and have never had issues. They're amazing unless you're training for competition, but you wouldn't be here if you were.

When you say bigger, you mean in thickness or diameter? How much are they off?

The black listing (the ones I have) say they are 17.7" diameter, chatgtp says oly standard in 17.72"..

For anyone interested in only a particular pair of plates and not the whole set, you can purchase the set and then cancel the plates that you don't want. I only needed the 45s and it cost $75.17.

How do you cancel the others?

Nvm. Just order and go in and click request cancellation.

With the 35 it would be 230lbs.

If youre missing even a single plate, but fedex shows as delivered, all you do is call Walmart and they'll send you a whole replacement set for free...
