Via LTT labs testing........The power supply lacks many important specifications such as ATX version, fan size, official model, and 80PLUS rating, with mislabeled marketing across different listings including its own official storefronts.
  • Failed Testing
Testing was incomplete due to hardware failures. This happened with two different samples.

"We fed this PSU more than 10x it's rated power and it failed so we can't recommend it"

I'm sure this is perfectly fine for a budget system and definitely looks better than other $50 power supplies.

Where's that quote from?

And I thought PSUs are power sources, not power consumers. Smilie

SAMA is a very popular manufacturer in China. I got their 850W XP "Platinum" PSU. It looks neat, very silent and works well, paired it with RTX 2080TI overclocked and i5-11400 CPU, no kaboom yet. But i guess it is an overkill of a PSU for this system. Came with all the cables and even included 600W cable. I believe SAMA PSUs differ, because based on what I read, people who bought other PSU models did not like them very much, but XP 850W model is awesome and definitely worth it for the price. This one is XF model, so, could be worse, or better.

I bought this ~a week and haven't had any issues with it. I'd definitely re-buy, although I'd probably have opted for the 850w at $55.
One of the reviews I read complained of cheap cables, but they seemed better than the one's that came with my non-modular 900w Antec.
