Same. I've purchased about 6 watches from them. All came in original boxes, manuals, cards, in perfect condition. This is the first I've heard of any issues with them.

The $350 msrp eco-drive diver comes with "scratch resistant mineral crystal" so I'm assuming this has the same thing.
