Everything except the credit card is derived from base points, which is 5 points per dollar for everyone.

Globalist = 30% bonus = 1.5 points per dollar extra

Any property with this promo = 5 points per dollar (max 20k points via this promo)

Hyatt House/Place bonus = 5 points per dollar (max 10k points via this promo)

Credit card = 4 points per dollar

So it should be 20.5 points per dollar for your scenario.

This promotion wouldn't really help you. The earlier post talking about how Chase transfers were great for Hyatt was a bit of a non sequitur.

This specific promotion is only helpful if you're staying at Hyatt properties and paying cash.

Ugh that would be terrible news, but their earning rate needs to go up or people will stop being loyal to them

what alternative do people have though? their redemption is currently abnormally high compared to the competitors. i'm milking it for all its worth but i cannot see it lasting long term, especially as more and more people discover it thanks to travel influencers
