I finally bought the U76 and I am satisfied with my decision.
That's where I'm leaning right now. Only concern is that I've never had a Hisense, but reviews seem pretty good.

Don't forgot to shop with Microsoft Edge browser for an additional 6% in Bing cashback on LG.com (on top of the discounts and promos and credit card cashback). Sure, you won't see that money for 3-4 months, but it's an easy $135 ;-).
There is also 12% CB from another site 😉

Can anyone provide comparison between B4/C4? Is it worth all the extra $$$ to got for C4 instead of B4?

Get the B4. Amazing picture… and check out this rating: The 83-inch model shares a lot of similarities with the LG C4 OLED. It uses LG's Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen7, supports a 144Hz refresh rate, has three USB ports, and a 2.2 channel speaker system, all of which are the same as the C4. https://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews...ge-verdict

I've been pretty dead set on picking up a non-OLED 98" or 100" in the next couple weeks but this is super tempting. Going in a dark basement with no lighting issues so low end OLED would be totally fine. Tough call.

Why not get a laser projector

Same dilemma. have 75" for almost 6yrs now and contemplating 83" oled or 86 samsung or 100" Hisense. my sitting distance is about 15 to 20ft away. i want to do it right so i don't have to buy another one for another 5yrs. we actually don't watch a lot of tv and when we do it's mostly youtube or netflix. no crazy 4k content or anything like that just whatever i can stream over, youtube, amazon or netflix. any suggestions. i like the fact that you can get a 100" Hisense for probably around $1500 but my 1st hisense purchase 5yrs. ago was a nightmare. TV would not turn off with the remove and i had to move all the crap around the plug to unplug it so it would turn off. after that i swore off Hisense ever since.

Ask women how it's not always about the size but the quality too

Thanks for sharing your perspective. I checked the ring comparison between B4 vs C4. In comparison to C4 rtings almost everything is comparable...except from picture quality perspective the only major different is HDR brightness... where B4 is 7.7 vs C4 - 8.3 rating. How big of deal is this? My room is decent brightness. Any suggestions ?

The average person probably won't notice the difference.
