This was available for 19-20 dollars on PSN Store. Digital download. Let me see if that sale is still going!

Have no clue why people buy digital. You don't really own the game.

That kind of thinking is the reason Sony just pushed a bunch of Live Service failures down our throats. The game is well worth $25.

Which live service games? Sony owns a few developers.

I nearly purchased this a year ago at $30 but decided against it because I could wait. There are great single player games out there that have NG+ replayability with different dialogue or gear to explore.

Telltale Walking Dead Season 1 had a good bit of replay value. Then they took away any real choices for a single narrative.

Detroit Become Human had a ton of options for the player.

Horizon Zero Dawn/Forbidden West have a large enough world to make up for not needing/wanting to play NG+.

It's not like Skyrim will be released again for current gen(it might) which had a ton of playability even without mods.

This is a fantastic game - if you're into long(ish) main quest storylines with tons of side quests (not completely unlike how Witcher is, et al) then you'll enjoy.

Sub $20 this game is a no brainer, I think you'll easily sink 40-60h on this one.

I haven't had issue of losing access to games I've purchased digitally. They are just linked to your account. I'd say the biggest downside is you can't sell it for some cash back after finishing or not liking it.

Also thanks OP for the good find!

Exactly. They are linked to your account. What happens when you lose access to your account? Your account is tied to the PlayStation network and you never know when Sony will shut it down.

There's no reason I would lose the account. I don't understand the fear.

Also hijacked accounts are recoverable after a bit of identity verification with Sony.

Waiting for sub $20. Single player game with minimal replay value and repetitive gameplay. Also the sequel is being developed

You'll be waiting a while. And will have to be a used copy I bet. $25 for a new PS5 game for a massive franchise and had pretty good reviews.... Might be a LONG time for it to hit $20 new.

I purchased Silent Hill 2 (PS5) new at $30 in November which was a month after release.

Granted it was a BF deal. Gotta wait for the deals patiently and be ready when they pop up.

Looking For Opinions,

Any thoughts on if someone (in this case me Smilie ) would enjoy this not having watched any of the movies? Serious question.

TYIA hug
