What I have seen, in videos, so far, the Epix and Fenix are better as there is no touch screen on this one. I am still checking out the videos, but I would opt for the Walmart Epix 2 sapphire deal from the other day at $370(non solar). Solar usually runs you $100 more, but Garmin is clearing out the epix line and others. LCD(280x280px) vs Epix 2 Amoled(416x416). You can upload maps on epix2 and 21g lighter. Delta has a better battery life 21days vs 16days.
