Hope S25 Edge will launch in US. Spectrum may have similar deal for that.
Look like a FE version. I highly doubt that there would be the same promo

Oh damn. I see people posted that their phone got mixed up by ups so I was planning to ship out via usps

I shipped my trade-in out via USPS on the 22nd, it arrived on the 25th, and got trade-in acceptance on 3/3. No issues, other than I did get a bit concerned when it said in transit arriving late from the 25th on but it was in Lewisville, TX. It must have been a missed scan as currently it still shows the same for tracking but all good. Now just to wait out the 61 days to unlock the s25.

My trade in was accepted on 3/3 as well but I couldn't see the credit in my account. Where do I see it? I navigated to billing and mobile , nothing comes up.

I also do not see it, but I assumed once a "bill" on the free line is generated I'd see it and then I'd contact them. Maybe someone else can chime in though on that.

Has anyone tried to price adjustment with spectrum new price for the ultra, plus or the regular 25? I have noticed spectrum lower the price on all the samsung 25 phones.

Let us know how it goes if you try it

Any recommendations on which bank's debit card to use for this to make sure it goes smoothly?
I used chase, it is actually faster than credit card refund, I requested yesterday afternoon, the deposit show up in my checking this morning already. Credit card usually takes about 2-3 days

I am officially done with s25 deal, received all my trade in credit from Assurant.

I am officially done with all my Trade-ins and all Extra lines are terminated.

Good to go 7 X S25 +, 3 X S25U.
Take away is to do the UPS Trade-ins.... Send in 5 UPS and one USPS trade-in.

USPS Trade in took almost 20 Days to get credit back and UPS mostly get it in 5-7 business days (Depending on the Delivery day). .

Thanks

You're just keeping the 1 free line to unlock all the phones later?

I think price protection is for damage or lost. Price drop is covered ?

So word coming from spectrum workers and some threads on reddit is that the using one line to cycle the devices to unlock them all is a no go Now. if you look at spectrums terms it specifically addresses this in the terms of service they require devices being switched between lines to be unlocked:

"If Subscriber wishes to use their Device with the service of another mobile operator or Subscriber wishes to exchange their Mobile Service between two Spectrum-supported Devices, upon request, Spectrum will provide reasonable assistance to unlock the Device or to exchange their Mobile Service between the two Spectrum-supported Devices, provided that Subscriber meets certain criteria, including but not limited to: (a) Subscriber has paid for each Device in full; (b) the device has been active for more than sixty (60) days; (c) the Subscriber's account is in good standing (i.e., it has no past due amount or unpaid balance owed to Spectrum); and (d) none of the Devices have been reported lost or stolen.

I cant tell if the terms are actually saying that this is forbidden because the A criteria clearly says EACH device, but the B criteria that matters in this case refers to "the device" and not each device.
