1. Use the self-service tool online labeled "Switch devices" and plug in IMEI and it'll send a new eSIM to your new device. This does not reset the activation clock and you can unlock based on initial activation date.
2. If the above doesn't work or the system glitches, you'll need customer service help to activate the device on the line. They will do a BYOD upgrade of the line with the new device IMEI you provided and you'll receive a new order email that basically upgraded the line with a BYOD device. This will reset the activation clock.
DO NOT ever do the second method. If the first method fails, go to a store and get a physical SIM and then you can just swap the pSIM into whatever phone you want without requiring a new BYOD activation order.

S25 can not be switched back online from online account using esim, it will say a physical sim is required

Until next year (let's hope!)
You are right, I just tried and got this "This device requires a Spectrum-compatible SIM card to join our network. To get a new SIM Card, visit Spectrum.com, go to any Spectrum store or call us at 866-782-2681."
So, ordering a physical sim card and using it on the s25 after 60 days before calling to unlock should still do the trick as someone posted earlier, correct?

And just like you said they were acting retarded like, " i dont see the S25+ device on your account" You need to activate it or upgrade a line. I was like no shit you dont see it, I just messaged you and told you how its not there anymore but i fully activated it on this account before already." I just sensed some phuckery was afoot because of the fact that anytime i typed in an IMEI of any devie i have under the switch your device option it would either say that I need to go get a sim card from the store or it can be done for some other reason.
So my move is to go get sim card? and my other question is do i just need one sim card? or do i need to get one for every phone i wanna move.

I still need to figure out the best way to do this tho, because i have 8 lines and ideally i wanna cancel 7 and then just be able to cycle them all to one line when they each hit 60 days.
