Not free-to-play games, but actually free games. Games that would normally cost money. This is the Free Games Program, the same one that Epic runs on its PC game store. Epic says it's celebrating the first-wave rollout of games by rolling out this program on mobile devices. To start things off, the first two free games are Bloons TD 6, and Dungeon of the Endless: Apogee for Android and iOS. These are normally $6.99 and $7.99 respectively. So you're saving a decent amount of money on these mobile titles.
The free games available in the Free Games Program will change every so often as well. Just as it does in the PC store. That means two things. One, you can expect new games to roll in and grow your library. And two, you will only have so much time to grab whatever games are free. For the currently available titles, you have 8AM PT on February 20. After that, new games will be swapped in.
New games will be offered each month, but only temporarily
Epic says it will add new games to the Free Games Program each and every month. This is only a temporary thing though. No, Epic isn't going to stop offering free games on mobile. It's simply moving to a different type of schedule eventually.
The company says that later this year it will be moving to a weekly schedule for new free games. So you'll end up getting more free games at a faster rate. That also means you'll have less time to claim the current free ones once this schedule begins. So users are encouraged to check in on the Epic Games Store app frequently to make sure they don't miss anything they might like.

Key to this promo is that it is an iPhone and Android free game program, but only Europe allows iPhones to install the Epic Store. Apple won't allow the rest of the world to have the Epic store. Might be worth claiming these anyway in case Apple allows other countries to install third party later.

Google doesn't allow competing stores in Google Play. Epic sued Google over it and won. Google must change by 11-2027. Google said they will appeal.
