you need to spend $10 on that month to get rewards at od. and the rewards will expire if you dont use. its always this way. never change. so not sure what you mean by "still".
new at staples. no need to spend shit. just keep earning $20 on rewards for recycling 10 inks. rewards never expire

you can always use your old rewards to pay for these batteries, but thats more like a bogo instead of full 100% back.
The first of Febuary is Sat.. Febuary is a short month and will probably be the only time that month for the free after rewards battery deal. I will be going to both Staples and OD/OM on the first.
