I remember the last deal like this, the location closest to me was not doing this. Let us see if I get better luck with this promo code.

Edit: I just tried ordering from the location closest to me and they are closed for today. It states "holiday." What holiday is today? I looked it up and found Holocaust Remembrance Day (which is not a Federal Holiday). Is this chain Jewish? Just a fun fact.

I am just trying to figure out how franchises opt out of doing this. Promo codes are by corporate and they get reimbursed (rumor). So why would they not do this to boost their sales?

Because it may not be full reimbursement or they don't want to wait 2-3 months to get the reimbursement

Yeah, these corporate, franchise agreements are kind of a shady situation. They expect the franchisee to pay their royalties on time, but the corporation decides when to reimburse the franchisee.

Some companies like Subway don't reimburse at all. Which is why franchises don't like taking their coupons
