For anyone looking into this I'd recommend getting double what the package says it covers. I've had this in my garage for 5 year now and it's held up great.
I used 3 packages for about 600 square feet and it's a nice and thick coating that's held up fantastically.

Not an easy job from the looks of things. Looks pretty nice, at least. The worst part will be getting everything out of your garage and putting it all back in.

Don't forget the scrubbing the hell out of the floor if it's not fairly new.

It's all about the prep ultimately. If you don't prep the floor properly this will be peeling in no time.

I have 1400 sq feet of garage. Honestly, I could do the sweeping, washing, and so on, but the thought of getting on my hands and knees with a wire brush and then taking off every spot and piece of gunk is just horrifying.

I installed ours on new concrete. I still did a lot of prep. Pressure wash>acid wash/scrub with stiff bristled brush>pressure wash again. 5 years later and it still looks great. Couple lessons learned on getting the flakes evenly spread.

If you do decide to put this in, the easiest way to clean the floor is to rent a floor buffer. They have a Scotch-Brite type pad you can use to really scrub the floor without all the manual labor.

On eBay these are going at $140, not sure if I should pull the trigger if those would be dupes
