I've gotten so used to eating good at home, I'd still be very hungry after a salad, 8 shrimp, and a piece of cheesecake.

On the website...I selected an item and then chose a location, it then told me that it was not available. So I'm assuming that based on the location the menu will show available items.

I'm in Daly City, called the one at Serramonte, rep said they are a non participating store. However, if you ask for this trio deal, they will honor it and bring you the special menu, which does not get presented by default. So worth it to call in advance to your branch and check this.

Their food is mediocre at best. Spend that money on good food instead. I made that mistake with Red Lobster's Shrimpfest. A normal portion of really good food is better than a lot of mediocre food.

the prices "start" at $14.99. the 8oz steak as shown on the pic is $21. rather go to golden corral.

Just take a picture of your receipt next time and take it up the chain. That employee will be fired quickly.

Sorry, I didn't explain it well. I contacted corporate First, they pushed me into contacting the restaurant. They said if the restaurant couldn't work it out contact them back. So I contacted the restaurant and mentioned what occurred above. After the Mexican mgr laughed and only offered free food after figuring out her Mexican employees did this, I contacted corporate back. Corporate ignored me (when I tried to say "no the restaurant didn't solve my issue"), so I dropped it. I probably should have been more persistent with trying to contact corporate again.
I have ate at tons of restaurants, Chili's, outback etc. None of them have ever done this. Only Applebee's has done this to me, and twice! I wish I used a credit card, I would have done a charge back.
Beware if you use gift cards there!
