I'm not going back for spit in my food. I've been avoiding them for 3 years now. They did this twice to me.
When you call corporate they don't want to help either! They want the local store to deal with it.
Water is free FTW.

Just take a picture of your receipt next time and take it up the chain. That employee will be fired quickly.

I have ate at tons of restaurants, Chili's, outback etc. None of them have ever done this. Only Applebee's has done this to me, and twice! I wish I used a credit card, I would have done a charge back.
Beware if you use gift cards there!

I have to agree with you. We stopped going years ago also, we prefer Texas Roadhouse.
You forgot the side dish: half-pound of broccoli, etc.
Designed to fill you up.

Cash is king. Forget gift cards.
Do I need a code? Today is Wednesday, but I don't see anything on the site?
