I don't know about the Gilroy Gardens specifically, but I have used this at dozens of venues and the typical experience is to pull up the getoutpass on your phone and hit redeem. it then has a vendor accept button that they push and you are good to go. I haven't ever had the pass rejected. I payed 660 dollars in my state for my family of 6 and we were able to do right around 2500 dollars worth of admissions
NJ / Philadelphia region (84.95$ pass) has some decent attractions if you live nearby. Sesame Place (minimum 30$), Philadelphia Zoo (minimum 15$), Sea life and Legoland Discovery at American Dream (usually 40$, can be had for less, I ascribe 10$ to sea life and 15$ to lego for their value), Northlandz (usually 30$), 2 Funplex locations (usually 22$ onwards) and so on.
Thought it was a coupon for Uhaul.

Does anyone know if the pass activates from the first activity use or date of purchase?
If you buy it as a gift, it won't be activated until the gift code is used.

Do you have to list names of the people who will use the passes? i.e. Is pass tied to single user.
For example, if I buy 4 passes -- could I go with three friends to one place, and then go somewhere else with my wife and two kids.

Last time I bought getout pass, after buying they changed most of the offers I wanted. All the new offers were minimum 30 mins drive from my location and not worth the money I paid. Won't take a chance again
You mean the attractions that were included at the time of your purchase became unavailable afterward?

Northern CA is alright... Gilroy Gardens and Aquarium of Bay SF is probably worth the price. Everything else seems to be far/Sacramento

I'd bite on SoCal if it was the price of NorCal. Adventure Lagoon, Raging Waters, and Aquarium of the Pacific are good

It's a joke for socal. There are like 20 code ninjas on the list. Really nothing worth the price in the list.

Kind of insane that you can do so many different things in one year for such a low price. As others have said, some of these theme park tickets are double the price of this pass, and this pass gives you a theme park ticket and forty to fifty other things (depending on where you live.) Making these passes less than $1 per attraction, if you manage to do them all. And, sometimes the passes let you visit places multiple times. The Northern California pass has at least one place that you can visit once a month for twelve months straight.

I just looked at Las Vegas and about half of them are 8+ hours away in Utah. Seemed like a good deal until I started looking at the offers. 55 attractions is more like 25 but some of them aren't too bad.

I believe referral codes are not allowed, just FYI. They do expose your last name too. The referral code replaces the existing promo, not really stacking. It's just a way for them to encourage more referrals while still making their holiday sales look good.

The code VIBES provides a lower price, same as referral discount at the moment. Also, if you aren't in a rush, they often discount much lower than this a lot of the year at $14.95, at least for NC.

Renewal always seems to be rock bottom price too from what I can tell.

Groupon tends to match or do better than (currently $5 less for NC, matches VIBES code price atm) their website price as well, if anyone prefers that.
