Well shoot, too warm here. Great if you live in Antarctica I guess.

I think it's -4F to discharge but 32f+ to charge. So 2.5kWHr for $375. That seems cheap.

Will one of these power a g29 golf cart
If you're on flat ground and going relatively slow. The 50 amp limit is very little power for moving a golf cart. You'll want at least 2 in parallel, ideally 4 for 200 amps.

It's not the capacity that is needed but the output. Each battery is rated at 50 A output (200 A for short durations). A golf cart on flat ground will consume 50-100 A, depending on speed, terrain, and load. Going up a hill can require over 150 A of sustained output.

My ezgo txt freedom with stock motor and controller 22" tires. From a stop pulls 110amps peak and full throttle cruising pulls about 50-60 amps

I already said it. You're going to be pulling 50-100 amps depending on what you're carrying, the terrain (grass/dirt will need more power than pavement), and how fast you're going. If you're fine crawling along at 5 mph, you can probably get away with just a single battery but you run the risk of the BMS shutting down the battery when amp draw exceeds 50 A for too long.

Lower volts means more amps needed to run at the same speed.
