Not a huge Seagate fan but if you are this seems good. I recently had to do a warranty claim with server part deals and it was super easy

They tried that. They used to specifically label "fragile" packages. What happened is we went from fragile items occasionally being mishandled and damaged, to the items labeled "fragile" being a bullseye for disgruntled delivery workers to take out their frustration.
