Agree. Joma and Watchmaxx are gray market. No dealer stamp.

Does not have the Calibre 400 movement. The 41.5 is clearly the bang for your buck play here.

It's definitely a good deal but yeah, no one is buying this.
How this has 13 TU is beyond me.

Also, don't count on the 10 year warranty. It'll just come with a couple years store warranty.

I'd never buy a watch with an integrated strap like this one. It's very challenging to find replacement straps.

A true dive watch needs stopwatch feature and the depth feature, otherwise, just a watch.

Another good deal OP! This is such a good watch at this price.10 year service period, ceramic bezel, 300 meter water resistance, beautiful open case back and a wearable 41.5mm. Gotta say, a pretty complete diver.

No. That one has the older Oris Caliber 733. The watch in the OP is has the newer Oris Caliber 400, which has 3 times the power reserve, and sells for much more. Furthermore, the midsize 41.5 mm is going to be better size for most folks. Mid-size watches have been on trend for the last few years, and will probably continue to be for a few more until the pendulum swings back.

That said, if you like big honkin' watches the older Oris Aquis in 43.5 mm is great watch. I have one! If you wear it daily, the lower power reserve doesn't matter much. All things being equal, I'd rather have the 41.5 Caliber 400, but not enough to take the resale hit selling my old one and buying it. I'll keep wearing my chonky boy.

But if you don't have either, and you're looking at getting one, OP's is a better deal - newer better movement, more contemporary dimensions. But the one you listed might be better for those with big wrists or who just like big watches.

Well, pick your poison: Pay more than half off for the watch and use Watchmaxx's 2 year warranty or pay full retail from Oris and use their warranty for 5-10 years. The choice is rather clear here...
