I still have the original pxc-550 that's still going strong after years of abuse (currently used by an 8yr old).

support was really poor. Like non existent. Drivers are a shit show. (Mine uses a separate dongle)
Pros:
- if usable with a dongle, fantastic audio quality and usable voice with no latency via PC
- great audio
- Comfortable (I have large ears)
- Case holds a lot of charge
- Earbuds a year and a half in hold about 6 hours of charge still
- Digital surround / head turning is nice!
Cons:- drivers suck
- Voice quality sucks a lot I can't use them with a conversation (I bought them to make sales calls)
- Support is VERY bad
- Drivers are VERY bad
- Lots of Bluetooth issues and firmware issues discussed on forums
- The only real fix is resetting via usb plug in over and over until it works. Took me 3 hours once.
tldr: pass unless you can get a dongle. It's not a Bluetooth dongle, and has zero latency so that's the only reason it's worth usingSign up for a Slickdeals account to remove this ad.
