This is a JOLED RGB panel with 250 nits full-screen brightness, HDR10 (540 nits max), and full coverage of SRGB, Adobe RGB, and DCI-P3. USB-C inputs.

Relative to the various QD-OLED 32/4K panels, it has better text rendering. Refresh rate is lower, HDR brightness isn't as high, there's no adaptive sync, and burn-in characteristics are unknown.

This panel is also used by LG 32EP950 [tftcentral.co.uk] ($3K) and Asus PA32DC [tomshardware.com] ($3K).

Can't be shipped to CA, unlike every other 32" OLED monitor.

JOLED suppose to be good? Why?

JOLED filed for bankruptcy in 2023.

I just purchased this monitor for color-critical work, will post an update when I receive it this weekend. A few notes:
  • On paper, this seems like a great OLED display for photography, video editing, and graphic design work. For these applications, gamut coverage and accuracy are much more important than refresh rate. You shouldn't buy this if 120hz+ is one of the first specs you look for when shopping for a monitor – wait for a sale on a gamer display like the Asus PG32UCDM.
  • JOLED panels provide better text rendering than other OLED types due to their RGB subpixel layouts (the type used in the majority of LCD displays). If you want to go down the subpixel layout rabbit hole, here's a very in-depth piece on the issue: https://pcmonitors.info/articles/...ng-issues/
  • I'd recommend buying an extended warranty on this since JOLED went bankrupt and repair may be impossible. Even with an extra warranty factored in, this is still hundreds of dollars cheaper than most OLED displays (not to mention the thousands less when compared to the LG and Asus ProArt models that use the same panel).

OLED TVs are larger, WOLED, more expensive, less color-accurate, and dimmer in SDR.

We need a $300 price point, with 2-day shipping, like those awesome CATLEAPs from Korea!

At what point? Price? This point in time? Have no idea what "point" you mean? Not to mention, my desk can barely handle a 32" monitor so where am I going to put a minimum 43" TV?

This is RGB OLED. There's no W. I don't know what you have.

Any updates you can share on your experience with this monitor?

I set it up today and have yet to do any actual work with it, but so far I'm satisfied – with a couple small issues:
  • The included stand is not level, it leans down to the right by a few degrees. This can be fixed with a VESA stand or set of monitor arms (or my temporary solution, wedging something under the right side of the panel).
  • The OSD uses buttons instead of a joystick for navigation, which I could see being mildly annoying if you need to change settings often.
Text looks good when connected to a Mac Mini with 1440p scaling, but I have yet to try it hooked up to my Windows machine. Here's a photo of the OSD menu for color mode settings, which is mercifully easy to get to (three pushes of the same button): https://imgur.com/m6oHbjU

Let me know if you have any specific questions!
