Eligibility: You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Missouri, Georgia, Tennessee, Iowa, Kansas, Alabama, Mississippi, Connecticut, West Virginia, and Arkansas to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Timing: "Road to Derby" starts on February 8, 2025 at 8:00 AM ET and ends on March 31, 2025 at 8:00 AM ET. ("Sweepstakes Period").

There will be 1 Grand Prize and 70 Second Place Prizes awarded:
The prizes are a Kentucky Derby® Experience or an At Home Derby Kit. Approximate retail value of each prize is Kentucky Derby® Experience - $8,100 and At Home Derby Kits - $131.95. The prize will be sent to each winner through a third party agency.
Grand Prize consists of airfare for the winner and one (1) guest to Louisville, Kentucky (TRAVEL DATES: May 1-May 4, 2025), accommodations in a hotel for three (3) nights for two (2) people, two (2) tickets to the Kentucky Oaks on May 2, 2025 and two (2) tickets to the Kentucky Derby on May 3, 2025. Tickets are subject to Terms and Conditions stated thereon, this includes a prohibition on the re-sale of tickets. Venue restrictions may also apply. Sponsor (as defined below) and Churchill Downs may eject winner and/or guest from venue if winner and/or guest behave in an inappropriate, belligerent or unruly manner as determined by Sponsor and/or Churchill Downs in their sole discretion; and, under such circumstances, Sponsor and Churchill Downs shall NOT have any liability or obligation of any kind. Taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. A 1099 will be issued. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted. Beverage alcohol is not part of the prize. If winner cannot travel on dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prize(s) may not be awarded. Prize value may vary depending on airfare.
Round Trip economy class airfare from the commercial airport closest to the winner's home to the commercial airport in Louisville, Kentucky will be covered. In the event that the winner lives within driving distance from the commercial airport in Louisville, Kentucky a driving stipend will be provided in an amount not to exceed $500.00.
