I added the cigars to my car yesterday and went to pay with PayPal then decided against it and closed it out. Today I got an email from cigars international that said it would give me 15% off plus free shipping if I completed my order. So I went ahead and ordered. So for anybody that adds to cart you may get an email the next day if you're logged in. Not sure but worked with me

Looks like the ten dollar credit is a rebate and it pays out as an e-gift card. Separate email arrived. Uploaded proof of purchase, filled in info, I'll keep an eye on the tracking page.
