So another deal is next Tuesday?
But Mobile order and B1G1 makes it a deal. In-n-out is a time waster. It's not fast food unless you go during off hours. You are waiting 15-20 minutes otherwise.
While they aren't as crisp as other fast food fries, they also haven't been ultra-processed and have all sorts of chemical additives mixed in to them to create a certain taste.
EDIT: Probably what they need to do that would improve their fries without changing much of their formula or complicating the process to much is to implement 2-stage frying process that many cooks recommend. Fry the first batch at a lower 325F temp to par-cook it, take the basket out to drain and cook, then put it back in fryer with hotter oil (375F) to crisp it.
There is something special watching them hand make the fries from fresh potatoes right there that is worth buying those rather than the crispier fries from elsewhere that has various unknown ingredients added in.

Also, I don't think I've ever waited more than 10 minutes at In and Out. The wait times are always highly exaggerated. They are probably the most efficient fast food place around.
