Seems like a pain to have to use an app to do anything useful with it
Glad others had commented on the size so my expectations were set accordingly.
App isn't great; it's primary purpose seems to be to sell you more lights, and the charging cords are a bit short. That said, I like everything else about them and decided to order a couple more.
The app works fine for changing colors, but the small controls on the bottom also work well when you don't want to open the app.
They get pretty bright; if anything I wish I could turn the brightness more down at night.
Magnetic charging is handy and combined with pretty good battery life, it should be easy to avoid having these die unexpectedly during use.
