I have this exact headphone and the momentum 4. This bundaru comes with that little bluetooth dongle which is worth 40 bucks retail, and can give you aptx-hd codec with this headphone, if you need a nice pair of headphones and bluetooth added to your pc, its a good package for the price. I eventually got a momentum 4 which works with the dongle as well. I think the sound and anc is pretty good, and the accentum is better for smaller heads in case anyone was wondering.
Probably better to buy the backup pair when you actually need them.
Could always wait and get an updated pair, or the same pair for less money.
We as a society have been conditioned to "upgrade" and "future proof" and "buy backup pairs" but it's nothing more than unnecessary consumerism designed to keep us running on the hamster wheel.
At $99 it's a much better better price/performance purchase than Momentum 4. And Discover $10 off $75 works bringing price down to $90. The AptX dongle is not only PC compatible but also works with a phone which is nice.
You can turn ANC off but when you do that it goes to Transparency mode. You can't turn ANC off without activating Transparency mode which turns on the mic to allow you to hear your environment. That's probably why they are getting a lot of returns. There should have been a third option of ANC off without activating the mic.

I'm very close to buying as this is a crazy good price. From my research these are very close to the Momentum 4 for sound quality, but behind Bose and Sony for the tech features like mic and NC. I'm a real audio freak and always found the Sony / Bose / Anker headphones really impressive, but with very "modern" sound. This seems like the best deal under $150-200 as far as I can tell.
Also, no way to disable ANC, which is keeping me from buying...... but also somebody said you can by double tapping the power button.
Going to buy and return if you can't disable, will report back!

I just got the Sony's a couple of months ago but now I want to pull the trigger on these for a backup pair! Thanks OP!

Depends on size of ears. They are over the ear but they are smaller earcups than the Momentum 4 so if you have a big head or large ears they may not be as comfortable. Basically you have to look at pictures and measurements or try them on to find out.
Well, that was a very short demo period for me. They are very light, but you cannot disable ANC with any button or app controls. It's not too bad, but it still feels weird to me as a certified ANC hater. Sound quality is good, but not as good as I expected. Very flat and one-dimensional IMO. Listned to about 5 reference songs and was... meh.
Biggest issue is they are small. I have used a lot of different BT headphones, but these have really strong clamp force and the earpads are just barley big enough. I think if you have an average or small head they're probably quite nice, but if you've got a big noggin don't bother.
Mic quality was also highly "meh". Kind of echo-y and the ANC does not work on calls very well.
6/10. For the sale price OK, for the OG price absolutely not.
