Worth it just for the flat plug. My current desk sits out a few inches from the wall bc the current plug sticks straight out.

Says for small appliance only, but isn't the max capacity of 13Amps, 1625 Watts pretty high? I want to use with a electric heated mattress pad.. Too risky?

Should be fine if under 1625 watts. I would put a smart plug on it to shut off after a few hours.

Should be fine, a heated mattress pad can't be more than a few hundred watts.

I doubt your heating pad pulls more than 1625 Watts.

Free shipping for Amazon Prime members. If there is a shipping charge you are a regular amazon member, not prime.

I mean, the real danger from any electrical equipment is overloading a circuit by plugging in too many things that together exceed the maximum rating. Two of these plugged into an outlet, each with 3 high load devices on them running at the same time...or daisy chaining power strips...etc.
