Seller does not specify a battery health minimum for the listing. From the past year of feedback for this listing, I only see 2 reviews that mentioned the battery health from the watch they ordered and that was 84% and 80%. The seller does offer free returns.
I got my Apple Watch Series 6 a month or so after launch. I can confirm.. (As Meowssi said, not related to this post in any way shape or form) It's currently sitting at 85% battery capacity and has the "recommended service" message.
IMO, the only reason to get one is if you absolutely need the oxygen sensor, but there are newer models with it, probably higher capacity as well, and not much more expensive
