It says "all used up" if you already used the coupon before. It is once per account. The error message is a bit misleading.

The 3OFFAMAZONBASICS promo code is one time use only but you can circumvent this limitation by using an attached free adult account to your Prime Membership AKA "Prime Hack [amazon.com]"

Added my notes on them for others in case you're pondering:
- 3' Amazon Basics USB-C to USB-A 2.0 Fast Charger Cable [woot.com] $0.49
- Amazon Basics Aluminum USB-A 3.0 to Gigabit Ethernet Adapter [woot.com] $1.99
- Amazon Basics Aluminum USB-C to VGA Adapter [woot.com] $1.99
- Amazon Basics 4K@60Hz DisplayPort to HDMI Adapter [woot.com] $1.99
- 6' Amazon Basics DisplayPort to USB-C Cable [woot.com] $2.99
Good luck!Personally I try to recommend that everyone avoid USB-A to USB-C except in very specific applications; for me that is intentionally slow-charging phones overnight. At this point I have enough cables for this application, but this kind of cable would pair nicely with a basic USB-A 1A charger (or lower) such as the old Apple pack-in adapter for an overnight option.
Love these for USB-A equipped laptops (that might lack Ethernet) when it's time for a big Windows update.
Was just in a resort hotel in Denver who's projection setup was still standardized on VGA(!). This is a presentation road-warrior must-have, but thankfully I don't need these for my office setups anymore (with HDMI having largely displaced VGA for most projection setups), so once again I've got more than I need.
These were most comminly a way to leverage spare DisplayPort connections on a video card or docking station with HDMI monitors. However, homework is recommended as to determing how well these adapters might work with your setup (even with the available ports, one common problem was that the dongle might enable a second display in a two-monitor setup, but using a couple of adapters for a three-monitor setup might not work).
This is the one that I kept coming back to as so many devices (phones and laptops) support DisplayPort over USB-C but not every video input device supports USB-C input. Ultimately I didn't need any more of these, but for anyone with a monitor at home lacking an attached dock or integrated USB-C this could be a handy cable to keep attached. Road warriors might also benefit here as plenty of monitors which have HDMI and DisplayPort often have better resolution and refresh-rate support through their DisplayPort connection.

Having HDMI 4k@60hz + Ethernet at that price point is a pretty good deal. Sure, the reviews were not the greatest, but it should still work for most people.
I hope I can find it when I need it.
