Also, the microcode issues have been addressed by basically ever mobo manufacturer, so the 14th gen chips won't melt. These prices are crazy considering the performance and how inexpensive LGA1700 boards have become.
I run a very active promox server with a stock 14600 and it runs super cool and has 20 "cores" (threads) you can assign to different VMs and LXCs.

Have you tried to undervolt? I have a 14600k and with even a small undervolt my temps immediately fell 10-15c
Both games are FREE, no matter where you buy a 14th gen processor or Core Ultra Processor.
To activate the games, you have to have the processors installed on your machine. Apparently the program verifies your hardware before giving game codes.
- Good thing about the games, is that you are given STEAM keys.
- Games aren't worth anything if you don't want them, and I don't know the feasability of selling the codes are.
