An automatic PRX will be significantly more money. That said, while I adore my Tsuosa, I won't bite my tongue. The bracelet is not great and due to its integrated nature, getting replacements is basically imposible. It is also loud, if you aren't used to Miyota movements, since they only automatically wind in one direction so you get a bit of rotor noise.

I paid $230 for my Yellow Tsuyosa, and I love wearing it. Gets complimented a lot. 40mm wears very well for me.

I prefer this watch considering the price difference as it's much cheaper than an automatic prx. I find I get a much better fit with this bracelet over the prx and it's very comfortable.

I have both, this one is closer to Tiffany blue while the PRX has a paler blue. Overall PRX is a way more refined product, but honestly I get a lot more compliments out of this one. Just want to share my personal experience.
