I haven't purchased an Intel chip in years, I'm running a 9700x and have no reason to say this, or confirmation bias as an owner. Look it up, there are multiple reports and they believe it might be bad boards, but haven't ruled out bad chips.
I don't have to look it up because I work in the space. I'm literally paid to know on a daily basis. So when you say "frying all over the place" how many cpu's are you talking about? With all the articles that you have how many 9800x3d's have fried not due to user error?

OMG dude, give it a rest, I've been "In The Space" for almost 30 years. If enough people are talking about it, there's probably something to it. Even AMD acknowledged it, but haven't spoken out about it yet.
