I've regretted not pulling the trigger when the 1TB/16GB Snapdragon Plus Surface Laptop was $899 at Costco around Christmas. That was the best deal I'd had seen on the current generation Surface Laptop, especially with the 1TB SSD. This deal is the same price, has same storage and memory but with the upgrade to the Snapdragon Elite processor. For anyone wanting an ARM based Surface Laptop, this definitely seems to be the best deal to date when you consider the specs and price.

Good deal, it doesn't come with modem. Old generation (8cx chipset) less powerful one comes with modem but this one doesn't.

Got the snapdragon x plus surface laptop from Costco during thanks giving deal, happy with the purchase.

It's an OK deal. This is a sale largely because the storage space, but the storage is fairly easy user-upgradeable (unlike say in a Mac laptop).

I am using this laptop/CPU and it's been great, though some compatibility issues (first real ARM device). Microsoft recently launched a laptop "for business" on Lunar Lake that is supposed to have many of the same battery life benefits, but Intel so more compatible, though it starts at $1500.

This is a good deal; microcenter hasn't had this price with 1TB storage, plus a lot of people do not have access to microcenter anyways. Also, if you've seen the price better elsewhere, please post it.

You're thinking about the Surface Pro tablet. The SSD on the Surface Laptop isn't under a little door, and isn't that easy to swap.
