This is the 2024 version with the Kompanio processor rather than the Snapdragon. I am not sure if it comes with the stylus. The part number '83HH0001US' shows up on Lenovo's site as the version with the stylus included, but the ad does not say if the stylus is included.
This should also be manufacturer refurbished rather than seller refurbished. The same seller is selling the exact
same item on target.com [target.com] and it explicitly says 'Manufacturer Refurbished'.

It came in a brown box rather than retail box, but it looks spotless. There are no scratches or blemishes on the machine. The power brick (USB C 30w) and cord is still wrapped in plastic. It did come with a stylus. It doesn't come with a battery though, so you'll need to provide a AAAA battery yourself.
Everything feels good so far. It's noticeably faster than my original Lenovo Duet from 2020. However, I can already feel the kickstand will drive me bananas. The kickstand pops off easily when adjusting the angle. So i'll have to make sure to hold both the screen and the kickstand at the same time when adjusting.
The battery has 2 charge cycles and 100% health.
