I have one for my PS5, no issues with the 8-9 games played on it.

As long as it is gen4, speed doesn't matter. It will work well enough. I have a gen3 speed gen4 SSD and it works just fine.

Will this work with as a primary (boot) drive on a ASUS - Vivobook 14" FHD Laptop - Intel Core i3-1215U which was a deal from bestbuy on SD recently? Thanks

I ordered this drive last Sunday on the original post of this same deal. Drive arrived Thursday. I have it installed in my computer as a data drive and it's working great. However I can't say the same for MSI's customer service team. I sent them a question about the order on Sunday afternoon and when I didn't get a response on Monday, I sent an additional inquiry...but neither of them were answered. I would have called them but during this same period their website indicated their customer service phone number was temporarily offline.

Bottom line: MSI has nice hardware but their customer service was disappointing.

i completely agree! my item got misdelivered, i reached out to Fedex who was unable to retrieve and redeliver. they told me to contact the shipper via the reference and case# to have them resend/refund.

i sent emails to MSI on the day of mis delivery and 3 others since, and none have been responded to at all. there is no way to call MSI. there is a tech support chat which takes a while, and they just collect info and forward it to the SALES group and thats it.

this order was a SlickDeal, until Fedex delivered to wrong address....now its a HUGE PITA deal. if i cannot get a response from MSI this week, i'll have to open up a credit card dispute for help.

super frustrating!
