Only the P&G manu coupons can be factored into dropping you below $45. If any Walgreens code or Walgreens cash or Wags coupon is dropping you below the $45 in addition math wise beyond the P&G coupon value, you will NOT EARN the P&G money.
The earn $15WC on $45 is a SPEND OFFER, not a quantity offer, you can not pay with wags cash. The OP has some really bad information and people should not do this deal with Wags Cash thinking they'll get the full $34 back.
