Idk, the buying button has HD but the description shows UHD. You also get that 4k/HD warning depending on your speed when purchasing. Idk how Amazon handles upgrades...
Not sure why, but I got the movie for $0.49. No credit or anything. I do have the prime credit card so maybe there's a promotional discount for cc holders?
I'm getting really annoyed with the WhateverSevice exclusives. I have enough to track already. Hmm, I would love to watch SomeMovie.*takes an hour to find what service I bought it in* *gives up* *pulls out disc version.*
Only see HD and SD. 4k doesn't show as an option to buy
Same with me.
Amazon shows the format as UHD in the description, yet only offers it for sale in HD and SD. Perhaps they show it in UHD in "Watch with Paramount+" channel subscription...

Some Oscar history.......
Saving Private Ryan, a now classic Steven Spielberg war film, lost the 1999 Best Picture Oscar to the very forgettable Harvey Weinstein produced film Shakespeare in Love. Harvey Weinstein promoted Shakespeare in Love and badmouthed Saving Private Ryan to all the right people during the buildup to the '99 Academy Awards. Powerful people doing bad things. Below is just one of many articles available describing the outcome.
