You are going to definitely want the full kit S1 Pro over this. You can get those junk tools for almost nothing if you don't already have them already. This is a bad deal.
(most) Harbor freight hand tools are not junk and most of them have lifetime warranties, although I probably wouldn't buy the electric screwdriver there

You can get MUCH better value spending $50 there then buying this Costco meme set. I am not sure how you consider HF junk when these are just a random Chinese tool brand as well lol. I guess if you want the electric screwdriver and don't want the kit it's an okay deal but if you could careless about it and just want the hand tools this really doesn't make sense to buy
Boutique tool kits?

Fanttik link (currently $109.97 with code): https://fanttik.com/products/fant...r-tool-kit
Looks like a great deal if someone does not have tools or make a small tool kit. I was gifted an S1 kit and the driver/bits are useful for small jobs around the house.

I can't tell if the driver itself is the same. But the container isn't as the Costco ones has the drill bits inside the case which is very useful.

Pros of this kit:
compact
case to hold everything
costco price is better but still barely worth it (not worth $110 as is listed price on fanttik site)

Cons: aside from the electric screwdriver, the other items quality is questionable
the other items are cheap and easily found

I got the standalone S1 Pro a while ago also from Costco for $49. Debating if I want to return the standalone version and get this kit, since it'd be more compact for me to carry this thing instead of the screwdriver and another similar kit, hmm...

Is this a tool kit for babies? You are scoring playwood (yeah, *playwood not plywood) in the video with a razor knife to what, insult it with this tool kit before it breaks itself in half for owning one?

I might be interested at half this price, but probably not even still. Seems way overpriced and the tools look goofy.

Just go to any Costco and they should have them in stock. I do however think there are even newer models out there now also adding to conundrum out there, I was just watching a video yesterday and it seems Fanttick has a bunch of new models out there now. I have the S1 Pro and the NEX 1 and they have their uses but even the S1 Pro ultimately can't replace my trust impact driver.

Just some quick math.... grabbing these tools minus the Electric Screwdriver but replacing it with a multibit screw drive will cost you about $38 at harbor freight

Utility Knife: $2.50
Multibit screwdriver: $8
Crescent Wrench: $5
Hex key set: &9
16ft tape: $3
Needle Nose Pliers: $4
Hammer: $7

Total: $38.50

Also consider that you can get the cheap Chinese tool kits with similar setups from Lowes or even Walmart for the $20-50 price point

So this is not really paying a super premium considering you get a nice organized carry case and electric screwdriver.

Not bad for the occasional use homeowner if you dont mind the premium for the "looks".
