I had about a month left on my previous deal. When I logged out and tried to sign up as a new account it wouldn't take, saying I already had an active account. I then cancelled my account (still active until next month) and changed my email to a throw away one. I then successfully signed up with the new promo using my old (existing) email. This kept my P+ watch history from being deleted and making me update all my Roku's etc. I then immediately tried to cancel the new account and was offered 3 more months for free which I took. Good until June 9, 2026 - hopefully P+ stay active the whole time.
If you check the earlier Sportsline deals, they also stated that Sportsline's site said 30 days, but people got longer.

It definitely said 30-days when I did the 7 month deal for $4.99.
I got Paramount+ and Showtime both ad-free for 7 months.
Just now went to cancel right after signup and got an extension for SL to June 2026 with the year sub

🤞Hoping P+ will be included for the whole length

That's not true I've always got a refund from companies if I forget to cancel. And before it was always advertised as a year of Paramount+ for $40 with a free subscription to sports line. So worst case scenario I thought if I get charged again the next year it's $99 for a year of Paramount+ but they charged me $99.99 for the next year for just sportsline which is very deceitful.
u need to pay attention to what you are signing up for.

making incorrect assumptions and then blaming a 3rd party for those assumptions is what you have done.

take responsibility for your oversight

and not blame someone else

Just use a privacy.com disposable credit card with a $50 limit or whatever.
I'm not sure this works with the free privacy.com. I tried this first but I think you need a privacy plus subscription.
I ended up using paypal, then went back into my paypal account and removed the multiple renewal subscriptions sportsline setup there. Did this last month on the $40 deal. It was only $10 a several years ago, but I think it's still a good deal for $40. There's a lot of content there but the interface needs some improvement to find content and get information on what you are watching.

So it's been more than a month since this deal showed up. Can those that signed up over a month ago confirm whether they are still getting P+ or did it end after 30 days?

This worked for me, but I'm not certain how to check how many months of Paramount + I received. Does anyone know how to check on that? When I check on Paramount account it says to check "247Sports account on the web".

It won't show you. You should get it the full time you have Sportsline, despite what their terms say. Read through this thread for more discussion of the issue.

Has anyone had luck using + (plus) addressing when signing up for sportsline and paramount plus?

i.e. [email protected] to use another alias if you were already previously signed up?
I do this everytime. No issues.

Surprised you don't still have paramount plus if you are still a sportsline member. Did you try relinking your sportsline account with the paramount plus linking link in the wiki or starting a new paramount plus account and linking that one?

To be fair, it was never advertised as a year of Paramount plus for $40. This is what has worked for many people for years but the verbiage on the sportsline sign up page has said you are not eligible for any Paramount plus when you sign up at a discounted rate and has said that for years. This thread it people sharing what has worked for them.

As of this morning, deal still works. Got 12 months for $39.98 and then after cancel attempt on SL, got offer for 3 free months.

Let me know if you are able to get refund from Walmart+ subscription Smilie. I tried but not able to. Also, please let me know if you get refund from Peacock when you cancel it. I also tried but not able to.

Has anyone been able to link P+ successfully to Sportsline after their P+ being linked to the basic Walmart+ subscription?

Which SportsLine subscribers are eligible for a free Paramount+ subscription?

SportsLine subscribers who pay full price for a subscription are eligible to receive a free Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription. If you paid a promotional price or are on a free trial, you will not be eligible for a free Paramount+ with SHOWTIME subscription until you are charged the normal, full amount for your SportsLine subscription. For example, if you paid a reduced price for the first year of an annual subscription, you won't have access to Paramount+ using your SportsLine subscription until you pay the normal annual price the next time you are billed.

This is defiantly different wording than in the past
