I don't need this for the guest room. I don't need this. Self. I don't need this.
Patiently waiting for the days of 120hz at this price
me.

Mostly to watch TV shows on the high seas.

I use it with a miniPC as a media server of sorts.

My wife literally plays Dead By Daylight and hidden object games every day on our living room on a 70" Vizio, and I EVERY MORNING I do some work, play some games, etc. on the same TV. So, yeah, I'm pretty sure others MAY be using a 75" TV as a monitor.

Thoughts on this tv? I have a 70" Vizio that's 10+years old.

How much better is this than the 75" TVs for sale at Walmart for similar prices? Seems to still be at least $800-900 everywhere else.

This is a very mediocre TV. But unlikely to find anything better close to this price range.

Replying to this on a measley 65in Hisense in my basement while working and listening to a podcast. It's all about a recliner/couch situation man. I'm in an office chair for work during the day and the ole recliner setup is fantastic, until it's video conference time...ain't figured that out quite yet.

Switching between apps typically take 45-60 seconds and frequently the screen will freeze. It virtually has no capacity to act as a channel selector, possibly it works as a monitor if you have a cable box to change channels, streaming is frustrating. There's a reason it's heavily discounted.

Never ever use the "smart apps" on a TV. They're slow even on a good/expensive TV.

This is a crazy deal for the cost. I'm tempted to replace my 55" in my bedroom with this just because I can, despite having two 77" OLEDs elsewhere.
