I rebought them twice from $8 clearance down to $3.50 from HD few months back. Not used it yet.
I can't speak for this product but flex seal would not stick to the plastic in my tub but industrial strength clear E6000 has sealed mine up for years with daily use. Just make sure it's the industrial and not the craft version.

I use it for tons of things. Lately, I've used it for sealing fence post tops so the end grain doesn't suck up water. I've also used it for everything from mold making, to traction grip on slick surfaces, and when you thin it we'll, you can completely waterproof Plywood/OSB.
With that said, use only the clear. The black and white styles leech their coloring onto EVERYTHING. If you, or anything touches it, even a year after its cured, it's gonna be a pain in the tush to remove the dye from you. So I use powdered stone dye in the clear. And when I make my own using pure silicone caulk, I mix the dye/pigment into the mineral spirits. Then I add that to the silicone caulk.
(Make your own: Get a pure, clear silicone tube of caulk, and squirter it into a paint can using 2 tube's of silicone ($3-$8 each) and the rest mineral spirits. Then mix it well (I use paint mixer in drill.) And then put a lid on paint can. Now you have 4x as much, for about the same price as this sale price. 😀 So spread the word, and start sealing!)
The Flex Seal version if this is horrible. Gorilla is better in this instance. However, both do not like bonding well to plastic/pvc.
