From my personal experience, I purchased this around mid-January 2025. I'm on my third replacement (just arrived moments ago actually). The first one required me to unplug the unit completely for it to turn on and eventually not even that method worked. The second unit worked and I was excited for about 30-minutes before the monitor randomly shut off. Upon turning it back on, I got a line across the entire screen roughly 1" from the bottom that would quickly fade in/fade out. Then, of course, it would stop and the monitor would turn off again within random amounts of time (e.g., 2-minutes, 5-min, 10-min, etc). Hoping this third unit will fix my issue as it is an absolutely stunning monitor (when it works).
Best of luck to anyone getting one soon!
I use a 42" C2 and am waiting for a good 27-32" option. What made you dislike it?
Also I recommend getting an open box excellent and getting the 4 year warranty with it.

That monitor came with a cracked screen. They tried to assume I must have done it, but the warranty packaging leaves a lot to be desired compared to an OEM box. Dreading putting up the new replacement again today, as it's wall mounted with hidden cables and a big chore to swap out.

The color/picture, deep blacks, connections, and prompt support I've gotten from Dell is why I noted that. You're correct in questioning my response. I feel like despite getting two duds, I cannot reasonably give it, let's say, a 1 out of 5 stars. It does provide me with a 4/5 easily with the 1/5 being my present situation skewing my judgment.
