Lowest price ever!
Saw this yesterday and immediately jumped on it. I didn't bother to post as I thought it would sell out quickly. It's still available as of this morning so I decided to post it.
Not a huge one and won't replace my coolerdor but for a small desk top or built in unit it will be nice and for the price it's a no brainer.
I am thinking I'll pick up another for my shop, always nice to have a selection of cigars out there but with the heat of summer it's not practical.

Had any issues with it? I have all King Chii heat/cool humis (3 varying sizes) but one of them is giving me issues of drying out my Boveda packs and cigars, so I'm on the fence with that brand now.

I think inherently any of these that cool will dry your humidity packs out ultimately. But otherwise they have no issues, I think I'm coming up on 10 years with mine, with no issues

10-4, thanks. I bought this one to replace the one that I'm having problems with.

If you don't need to use the heating/cooling feature, unplug the machine plug up the drainage hole and tape the fan. I converted a 28 wine fridge to use as a humidor. You can also run some HCM humidity beads for even less maintenance

I'm curious, if this doesn't control humidity and you don't need the cooling feature, why buy it? Just for storage space? It wouldn't have any humidor features anymore...

I'm in S.C. if that says anything. lol I'm more concerned with cooling than heat though. Thanks for the suggestion.

I've been keeping an eye on deals for humidors with temp and humidity control built in, but the price points are much higher. How well does this work with Boveda packs, and what's the capacity left after placing the packs? My friend has one with uneven performance between top and bottom shelves.

One of my humis is on the fritz, but normally the Boveda's work perfectly in all mine. It's important to use the right number of packs for the humi size though. I dont use a single pack in mine, I place multiple ones throughout the humi and don't have problems with uneven humidification. The packs dont take up much space and can be placed in direct contact with the sticks. I buy the large 320's and take them out of the carboard box - although it says not to for some reason.

I use mine with boveda packs. They don't really impact the capacity much. You will have to monitor them if your place is hot and the unit does a lot of cooling.

Some people just get broken wine coolers and use them for humidors. They seal pretty well, look pretty cool, have lights, etc. (and can be found for free or very cheap on marketplace)
I just use a marine cooler for bulk storage. I picked up a couple of these for desktop storage in the man cave and one for the shop where heat is an issue. (In the past I've stored cigars in mason jars in the shop fridge- with a boveda but that is too cold but better than 80-90 degrees)
It will be nice to have a selection out on the shop.
