Si, if this breaks, will Ridgid send a new one?

How do I register to make sure I get battery or tool warranty. I usually call in and lady asks me for the SN. Can we do it on an app, ourselves?.

I purchased two of these and two right angle impacts

You have to register online within 90 days of purchase to get LSA. And make sure to upload a picture of your receipt too (even tho they don't tell you that you have to). Then log back in after about 2 weeks and make sure your account is marked "LSA" for this tool. Then you should take a screenshot and keep that for your records.

My store marks it as "on clearance" but when you click to see the low price it still shows as $179. Weird

So it's just do it, LSA is triggered when I register and invoice? Great. Years ago, I called in and an agent took all the serial numbers from me.

Be honest, buying two is a bad idea or not, if they are replacing it under warranty? I'm ok w two at clearance prices , though.

It should be but the last couple of times I've had to e-mail them like 2 weeks later to make sure the tool was marked "LSA". So you are going to have to log back in and double check

Marked? where or what do I see if LSA applied? I knew tricky tricks could get US.

I registered a tool back in 2023. I see a LSA round image under the registered tool. I guess it's good 👍. Thanks.

Yup, that is what you want to see.

If it still says 'pending' after like 2 weeks then you'll need to contact them via e-mail or phone call.

I'd also take a screenshot of your toolbox and save that image for your records after everything says "LSA"

I've been watching these. Today they dropped to $48.03 at my local Columbus/Westerville Ohio store. Site said 3 in stock. To my surprise, there were actually 3 in stock, clearly marked price, in the tools cage. I only bought one, there are 2 left for fellow SDers! Also I think the Cleveland Ave store dropped to $48.03 with 2 in stock.
