I will offer a counterpoint to the virtues of this product. I tried this exact version a few years ago direct from the company and sent it back. The cooling function really isn't cooling as much as it is pumping ambient air from the floor into the sheets. That may or may not be cooler air depending on the region you live in and how humid your air is. I've actually setup a fan next to my bed on hot nights with a small gap exposed at the bottom of the sheet and felt like it was the same experience albeit not as much air flow. I'm not going to dispute whether Bed Jet helps people or not as it either does or does not create a better night sleep but I just could not get on-board for the price point and lack of real cooling. I also felt like the marketing was a bit disengenious. Lastly, I have also grown fond of the feel of a heavy weighted blanket which this product tends to create the opposite. I'm not sure it would be very easy to DIY a replacement (at least the remote control) but I believe they mentioned on the company's Shark Tank debut that it cost a whopping $98 to make the product. Just sharing my two cents and experience with the product.

The force is strong with you.

Not one person mentioned the fact that you HAVE to leave the sheet hanging off the bed - its not like the air gets pumped in no matter what. I personally like to burrito my feet and legs up with the comforter, so this would never work for me.

Also on a side note - do you feel like conversations on here are happening much less? I used to comment a few times a week and would almost always get a response. Now I feel lke half the stuff I say is shadow banned or something.

On your side note... No. This place used to be great at finding actual deals. Now it's a vast majority of (unspoken) sponsor deals and there are so very few deals that are posted by real (non staff) members that it further reenforces my feelings.

The app is also very problematic for social interaction. Need to be on the website to see it easily access reply notifications etc.

I'd love a betjet but went 96" big ass fan in my bedroom. The hurricane force winds in my bedroom are magical.
Is there another app you prefer that doesn't feel sponsored?

Eight Sleep uses water and is a game changer. Blowing air around is a complete fail! Try both and tell me I am wrong.

Never tried this. Do sweat at night but more trunk/upper body than feet/legs. Use a regular top sheet and a wool comforter (both untucked). This likely to work ok, or do you really need the Cloud sheet or what not for this to deliver benefit for nighttime sweating?

Everyone seems to be hating this, but I bought one on Poshmark about a year ago and it's the best. I sleep with a down comforter and a silk comforter which I know is ridiculous but I like the weight of it - my feet just get too hot. I leave this at like 20% strength - so just barely enough there's some airflow and I don't get too hot in the middle of the night. I use my own sheets and just clip the one side to the bed jet and it works fine.

Looks like the banner says midnight on the 15th, but I still got the deal. Glad I saw this. I've heard good things from relatives. In for 1 on the unit itself since there doesn't seem to be a deal on the cloud sheet ill try it with what I got first. Does the cloud sheet make or break the experience?
i have one and have the cloud sheet and can say it makes a big difference

I've been watching these for years but the price has always been too steep, so I'm in for one here. Is the cloud sheet a necessity or does it come with everything needed to use?

Does is replace AC?
Not really. It just blows ambient air. That said it does feel cooler than the room if humidity is low. The body sweats and then evaporation removes heat. Similar to the reason it feels cold when you get out of a swimming pool. I used to sleep with my AC at 69° in the summer but now with my BedJet I can sleep comfortably at 74°

dont understand why there are so many thumbs down on people giving positive review to this product. I bought 2 of these a few years ago at full price $500 a piece. And i have absolutely 0 regrets. Its been one of the best things for better sleep. Yeah it is a really simple concept. Its pretty much just a heater and fan together with a duct to your bed but that is very effective. And i've thought about trying to make something on my own but pretty much just realized its not really worth it and got one of these instead.

I use ac and a ceiling fan. Don't really see a need for this glorified fan.

Had this for 3 years and while cooling is just okay for me, turning on turbo heat 10 minutes before you get into bed into winter is total gamechanger. Like getting into bed sheets right out of the dryer. We sleep with our heat on 62 in the winter, use turbo for 10 mins and then heat at 20% fan for an hour or two and its awesome

At $2300, an Eight Sleep better be better. You're comparing that to a $230 device.

Is there something in the middle to "split" it? Asking because cuddles are necessary at night!
you buy two of them and the cloud sheet that splits it down the middle.

I am not against this product.

But if you are consistently sweating at night and haven't got any bloodwork done recently, please do so. I found out I was severely anemic (4.6 hemoglobin) and then eventually found it was due to a large bleeding polyp in my colon. A year later, I am no longer profusely sweating like I used to.
